Conference Description
How quickly will you recognize a clinically urgent situation and how will you respond? How can you prevent critical deterioration? In today’s healthcare environment, patients are more acutely ill than ever before and clinical emergencies can arise rapidly. This conference is an opportunity to improve your knowledge and update your practice for meeting the needs of patients experiencing acute and potentially life-threatening conditions. Teaching methods include lectures, interactive discussions, and case studies.
Target Audience
Nurses and other healthcare professionals who work in acute, Emergency Departments, Urgent Care, and critical care healthcare settings. Frontline staff nurses, LPNs, representatives from outpatient settings, and case managers.
Objectives for Learning Outcomes

- Discuss barriers to care provision.
