Objectives for Learning Outcomes

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be better able to:

  1. Be able to determine the most appropriate medications to use in treating HCV based upon assessment of the individual’s current needs and underlying health problems.
  2. State understanding of contraindications to HCV therapy, interactions and side effects.
  3. Be able to recognize when to referral and consultation are necessary.
