Speakers

Christy Weiland, PharmD, BCPS

Dr. Weiland is a faculty pharmacist with a family medicine residency. She practices both with the impatient family medicine service and outpatient in the clinic. She also is clinical faculty of the UW School of Pharmacy and School of Medicine.

Jennifer Bohannan, MD, MS

Dr. Bohannan is a family medicine physician and fellow in the faculty development. She has a background in counseling/psychology and education. Her medical interests is in medicine education and LGBTQI health.

Target Audience

Advanced practice nurse practitioners, especially adult, geriatric and family nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, nurses, pharmacists and other interested healthcare professionals.

Objectives for Learning Outcomes

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be better able to:

  1. Describe post-acute sequelae of Covid (PASC)..
  2. Examine the most up to date treatment guidelines for PASC.
  3. Assess current research and future needs in treating PASC.
