Our annual Ambulatory Care Conference will take place in Lynnwood, WA. We are excited to bring together the most experienced Ambulatory Nurses in the field. Join us in-person for practical sessions that will help you transform your leadership skills and learn about the latest innovations in Ambulatory Practice. You will have the opportunity to participate in a specialty interest group and network with other professionals.

Conference Description

The conference aims to involve nurses in promoting innovation and developing seamless systems for patients and communities. It seeks to strengthen the practice of ambulatory nursing, which is carried out in a variety of settings, including large and small primary and specialty clinics, physician offices, home health, long-term care, public health, community health, occupational health, school health, case management, and other outpatient settings. The conference will feature distinguished local, regional, and national nursing experts who will share clinical and assessment updates, administrative leadership skills, and professional development.

There are general and five concurrent sessions to enable participants to tailor the conference to their needs. Teaching methods include lectures, discussions, case studies, poster sessions, and collegial interchange.

Objectives for Learning Outcomes

At the end of the conference, attendees will report an increase in knowledge in:

1. appraising the performance improvement initiatives varied populations utilize to apply to their clinical practice.

2. creating a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion to achieve health equity at varied levels of care for all in ambulatory care settings.

3. participating with legislation and leadership to lead the redesign of care delivery models in ambulatory care nursing.

 

Target Audience

Registered nurses, nurse leaders, clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and other interested healthcare professionals working in the ambulatory care setting.
