Neuropsychotropic Drug Therapy: Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

After completing this module, learners will have a better understanding of the psychopharmacology of ketamine, and how this drug can be used, in combination with therapy, to treat a variety of conditions, including treatment resistant depression, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and others.

  1. Discuss Ketamine pharmacology.
  2. Describe Ketamine uses combined with therapy to treat various conditions.
  3. Understand dosage, routes of administration, side effects and contraindications.
